   Focused on mental health education, with systematic training in core psychology and a particular interest in curriculum design for school mental health courses.

2. Sophomore year

   Teaching Skills Competition

   A judge's remark sparked lasting reflection on the depth and delivery of mental health classes. Later brought Su Shi's life and The Moon and Sixpence into a career-planning lesson, to an enthusiastic response.

   High School Teaching Practicum

   Observed how mental health courses run in real classrooms, gaining first-hand insight into student engagement and learner analysis.

4. Summer

   Volunteer Teaching Program

   Co-designed lessons with a Chinese literature student, weaving literary narrative into psychology classes; students loved learning through stories.
